Honestly, I think the problem is the combination, not either card alone.

I think it makes perfect sense for Hobbit decks to be able to remove burdens that quickly. The problem is that that ability...

No, there’s a limit to automatically triggered actions (whether mandatory or optional) of once per card.

It’s basically the same as why Aragorn, Captain of Gondor can’t add for each wound...
