I don’t agree.There are many counts already present in the game.I am only thinking about alowing only freepeoples cards to effect strength and vitality.

No,it must be that way,they had to intuduce that new rule because it would be insane. Adding alternate ringbearers has changed game,so that text can’t be good any more.
