Yeah... you can’t run that combo unless it was able to target things that had already died that turn. Then you sac one for no reason, play the other, reanimate, reanimate, repeat, etc.

I’m not sure you’re allowed to target saffi with itself. I would actually bet you can’t because the moment you sacrifice saffi, he’s no longer a creature, but a creature card.
