if you haven’t noticed, Ewoyns sword can be played like a skirmish event, you can wound a minion, then use for the mark to discard it then, Armory to take it back!!! it works really well

Well The Only Card That would kinda help with Saruman’s Power is The Board Is Set but you have to have gandalf for that so it doesnt really help

if you want the initiative you should add harsh tongues its not as good as Corsair War Galley but it will give you the initiative faster

you could try elven archery with Legolas, Son of Thranduil or a gandalf signet deck with Gandalfs, wisdom or a fellowship healing deck with aragorn king in exile and athelas
