i by no means think that "purebred decks" are inferior. they are wonderful, and i use one and love it. and splashes can definitly protect your deck. but a hybrid gives a different twist to throw at yo...

that’s alright. hybrids aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. (or coffee as the case may be) Personally i love hybrids.
oh, by the way, the shadows is not playtested. the fellowship is, and is tons ...

i love pulling an Ulaire Toldea, Messenger of Morgul and Ulaire Enquea, lieutenant of Morgul with five burdens on the ring bearer and at slag mounds. usually 2 or more burdens, and 2 or more deaths....

hmm... very tough, but i think FOTR, with ROTK a close 2nd.
it was different than the others. it was happier, yet darker. instead of battles of brute force, there were villans of a different kind....
