1 ∙Faramir’s Bow, Captain’s Weapon Gondor
Possession ∙ Ranged Weapon
Strength +1
Bearer must be a Gondor ranger.
While bearer is Faramir (or a Gondor ranger with at least 6 resistance), bearer is an archer.
At the start of the archery phase, if bearer is Faramir and you can spot a minion with less strength than Faramir’s, make the fellowship archery total +1.
"’Shall they shoot?’"

Pretty simple utility bow. You sacrifice some of the direction of the other bows for a higher arrow rate.

1 Informant’s Greed Men
Event ∙ Shadow
Exert a Men Man any number of times to add 2 for each exertion.
"’...he would sell anything to anybody...’"

Inspired by good ’ole Ferny, this card’s net payoff hinges on how much you put into it.

0 Driven to Deep Pool Orc
Event ∙ Maneuver
Discard 2 Orc Orcs to play a creature from your draw deck.
"’Something has crept, or has been driven out of dark waters under the mountain.’"

Yup. Orc and Watcher cross-support.

0 Courage and Legacy Rohan
Event ∙ Skirmish
Spot X possessions borne by a Rohan Man and add [X] to make that Man strength +X. If that Man wins the skirmish, you may exert him or her to take a Rohan possession into hand from your discard pile.
"’...ere the sun rises!’"

I don’t know how this holds up to some other Rohan events. In some decks this could be really good, but generally it will be a +2-4 boost.

2 Clever Redirection Dwarven
Event ∙ Archery
Exert Gimli and spot an Elf archer companion to wound a minion.
Gimli had no intention of allowing Legolas to waste an arrow on a warning shot.

I love this extended bit in RotK. Poor PJ got stuck with an arrow.

2 ∙Great Achievement Shire
Condition
Bearer must be an unbound Hobbit.
Before the fellowship moves each turn, if bearer is not exhausted, you may add 2 threats to look through an opponent’s adventure deck and play the fellowship’s next site from that adventure deck.
"Another opportunity for one of the shire-folk to prove their great worth."

And this one’s a new kind of card. It’s costed a bit higher than other ’play the next site’ cards because you also get to see every site that opponent’s got.

1 Tales of the Elder Days Elven
Condition
Tale. Bearer must be an Elf with twilight cost 3 or more. Limit 1 per bearer.
Each time bearer wins a skirmish, bearer is enduring.
"’It recalled to me the glory of the Elder Days and the hosts of Beleriand, so many great princes and captains were assembled.’"

I think this card is my favorite in this batch. It bestows the ever-touchy enduring onto the Elves (the natural flavor-choice for the keyword) without tipping the balance. This card doesn’t help *win* the skirmish, but can overwhelm minions that get beaten.

Cut strength bonus thats just unecessary power which. And phrase it with 6 resistance or more. Other than that looks ok.

Thats a bit costly for the benefit. 1 orc would be ok.

Im not sure "before the fellowship moves" is a time u can trigger things but ok. Interesting card but im not sure i like it.

I agree with lem0n: drop the strength bonus. I’d also get rid of the parenthesis in this case...makes the second "bearer" look a little cleaner. I’d also switch the order of "less" and "strength" so it reads "strength less". But a nifty little bow, this one.

I want to say the wording it slightly off, but I can’t think of a better suggestion. Neat card, though.

Perhaps do something like "Discard any number of Orc Orcs whose total strength is 9 or more to...". Then it could be 2 Orcs or just one decent one.

I think it should be "wins this skirmish". Love the card, though.

Very similiar to Quick As May Be. I think you could safely take the cost down to 1, and probably even 0 since it’s more specific than QaMB and requires an exertion as part of the cost.

I think making the ability a regroup action that started with "Regroup: If the fellowship is about to move...." would be better. Very odd card. I THINK I like it, but I’d have to use it to be sure.

Interesting. Just trying to figure out if it would work as you intended, but I THINK it would. Neato.

I would say exert both to discard.

Yeah, Tales of the Elder Days would work. Skirmish break down:

Skirmish begins.
Play events/use special ability.
Skirmish resolves- Who won?
Skirmish resolves- Take wounds, unassign.

The timing of Elder Days falls into ’who won?’, which is still part of the skirmish. When you get to the taking wounds part, you can overwhelm.

Thanks for the reviews guys. I’ll probably throw some more out tonight.
