Return and force discarding, able to mana lock too, but i wanted to focus more on discarding. Spectors Rule!!!

They serve different roles. But generally speaking, Boomerang is better, yeah.

unsummon is cheaper and the other spells in the deck need more mana

As I said, it’s GENERALLY better, but they tend to serve different roles. Unsummon on Treetop Village on turn 3, while you cast, say, Think Twice eot after it, is AWESOME!

well, yeah...true, but id keep booma in the sideboard for things like that
