I have some questions, in Green Dragon Inn do you get to play Sam for free? And do they make a pipeweed for Gondor because I have Aragorn’s
pipe? |

The answere to your first question is you still have to pay his twilight cost.
the answere ot your second question is no, the do not make a pipeweed for Gondor. however, the pipeweed longbottom leaf plays to your support area and does not require you to spot a hobbit or any character from any culture for that matter. |

when a card says fierce it means after the skirmishes, that minion fights again. (if still alive) does that minion have to go past archery again? |

No. The Archery Phase is only conducted once. |
