| Can you have a unique minion stacked on a condition/possession and in play at the same time? since minions on conditons/possessions can’t be spotted, right? can two of the same unique minion be stacked on the same condition/possession? can two of the same unique minion be stacked on two different conditon/possessions? |

CG is correct. Here’s the relevant rulebook entry:
LOTR TCG Comprehensive Rules 4.0, page 17 wrote: stack
Stacking a card is not playing a card.
Stacked cards are placed face up and may be looked at by any player at any time. Stacked cards are not in play and are not active. You cannot spot them. They do not count for uniqueness. A stacked unique card may be in play elsewhere. Multiple copies of the same unique card may be stacked together. |
