It looks like a good idea. However, I think this deck needs more minions.
What about the new Ulaire Lemenya Eternally Threatening ? |

That Lemenya would be awesome in this deck, if it wasn’t for the fact that this deck is King block.
Regarding the lack of minions, well, there are 11 Nazgul, 2 Gollums, and 4 cards to fetch Gollum. Plus, Plotting Deceiver can play himself from the discard pile, and Morgul King can grab any card from the discard pile. |
