I’ve read an article about mulligans on Wizard’s website recently... Is it there, where you get such inspiration? Or no relation whatsoever?

Yep. Since MTG is a game that’s been around for a MUCH longer period, concepts and ways of thinking have "evolved" A LOT during the almost 2 decades of existance. Therefore, I’m trying to apply some of that thinking to LotR, something not very common. I got some pretty positive feedback from a rather boring topic as a single rule, so I think I may keep on doing stuff like this, at least I’m cooking one up for next month.

Well, after putting some thinking into it, I’ve decided to leave formal writing to Scientific Essays, and change my style of Indexation. How does it seem now?

Sorry? The deck was not even mine! Did you actually read it?
The article was on mulligans... What do you mean by "some of the ideas were far fetched"? Eh?

I like the idea, I like the way you write and I like the structue of this article. But IMHO it is to "narrow". You focused on the one deck only and examples given by you are a bit streched (I mean not likely probable). I’d rather read about general rules (without giving cards’ names) and several deck types (maybe less numer of scenarios to not make an article to big).
I find your previous article better. But you still present very high level. Keep it going!

Like Gandalf would have said about the mulligan, "An obscure branch of knowledge, but full of surprises."

I think the mulligan is a cool rule.
