Orc Slaughterer has some really weird game text (at least to me). It has the keyword "Enduring," but in addition to that, it has the text, "for each wound on this minion, it is strength +2." Now, most of the time when some new keyword is introduced, it is in italics or in parentheses. This card’s text isn’t! I’m so confused! I guess what I’m really asking, is if it could be strength +4 when it had one wound on it.
Ex. of an introduced keyword: Uruk-hai Raiding Party 1C158 (introducing "Damage +1 in text)

Yes, he is strength +4 for each wound on him. So, when he has 2 wounds, he is 18 strength. |
