--- description ---
I used to have an awesome Help in Doubt and Need Deck and feel the desire to reconstruct it. However, I think I’ll use hunter versions of characters instead to add a new twist.

Type your decklist and strategy notes here.
33 Cards
Frodo, Weary from the Journey
The One Ring, The Ring of Doom
Eomer, Horsemaster
Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien
Aragorn, Thorongil
Gamling, The Old x3
Leowyn x2
Eomer’s Spear, Trusty Weapon
Eowyn’s Sword, Dernhelm’s Blade
Ranger’s Sword
Rider’s Spear
Flaming Brand
Hobbit Sword
Aragorn’s Bow
Riddermark Javelin x3
Brego
Rohirrim Mount x2
Coif
Sword Rack x3
Help in Doubt and Need x2
Thundering Host x3
Brilliant Light x3
I’ll pair this with evil men archery and have 7 or so plains sites in my adventure deck, along with Prancing Pony and Stables of course . This deck creates two engines -- skirmish and wounding. With three hunter companions, Gamling becomes a monster, and Eomer and Aragorn join him around str 13. Then add in Help in Doubt and Need, and also Thundering Host and Brilliant Light and my guys are unstoppable. The wounding engine is also powerful. Aragorn’s Bow and Thorongil combined with "racked" javelins and horse exertions pile on wounds for Eowyn to mop up. Leowyn and Brego provide healing during the fellowship phase, and keep in mind that Thundering Host can heal Eowyn in the skirmish phase.
