--- description ---
Hi guys, this is my first post on CobraCards!! My friends and I play expanded format with a few more cards banned than normal (like Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien and Ithilien Blade). We like to make competitive decks, but not overpowered ones. This tends to keep things both fair and fun for everyone. Here is my Archery deck.
--- end description ---

I tried to make the free peoples side here as versatile as possible. I have high strength so I can go toe-to-toe with most minions if needed. I have excellent archery capabilities with Aragorn’s Bow, RL and the Riddermark Javelins combined with Border Patrol. Healing is provided by Brego and Thundering Host. Condition//Possession removal is covered with For the Mark and Fortress Never Fallen. Nine Fingered..... allows burden removal or threat removal (bow reload ). Pathfinder can manipulate the sitepath and make sure there are ample plains out there. And Aragorn, RotN plus Firefoot (along with strong frodo) can halt swarm decks.
The shadow side is pretty self explanatory.
So fellow members of CC, how does this deck look to you? |

Ranger of the North is swarm protection, which is a good idea. |

Aragorn, Ranger of the North is a ranger, who can be fetched from the Prancing Pony. Thorongil is nice, but I already have a threat for wound card with his bow. The swarm protection is far superior to +2 strength.
I forgot to specify something when I posted this deck. My friends and I play expanded format with a few extra cards banned (like Eowyn, Lady of Ithilien and Ithilien Blade). We find that this allows us to make good competitive decks while keeping everything fair and fun for everyone.
Thanks! Any other remarks? |

if you haven’t noticed, Ewoyns sword can be played like a skirmish event, you can wound a minion, then use for the mark to discard it then, Armory to take it back!!! it works really well |
