Nice ability. You need to put ’Ulaire’ in the first sentence of his text, though.

Interesting text, but effective.

Steed of Morgul
Possession • Mount
Strength +2
Bearer must be a Nazgul.
Skirmish: Remove 2 threats to make bearer strength +3.
•The Witch-king, Deadliest Servant
Minion • Nazgul
Strength: 14
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 3
Fierce. Intimidating.
While you can spot 3 threats, each minion is strength +1.
While you can spot 6 threats, each minion is twilight cost -1.
(this guy is designed so that he can lead pretty much any type of army, no matter what culture.)
A Knife in the Dark
Event • Assignment
If the fellowship is in region 1, assign a Nazgul to skirmish the Ring-bearer. The Free Peoples player may add 2 burdens to prevent this.
If the fellowship is in region 2 or 3, remove 3 threats to assign a Nazgul to skirmish an unbound companion. |

Nifty. I MIGHT make it cost , though. Not a real firm feeling one way or the other, but you may want to consider it.

Yeah, I’d say he pulls that off pretty darn well. He works well with the Steed of Morgul...by design, I’m sure.
I like him. Pretty powerful, but he’s not the first version of the Witch-king that can be described that way. He seems good to me.

Neato. The fact that Nazgul are roaming at all but one site in Region 1, and that the FP player can get around this, keeps it in balance. Nice job. |

Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Honestly, I don’t know what more to say, beyond what Dain said. Great cards as always.
I thought about The Witch-king having 13 strength instead, but with the requirement, I don’t think it would be that much of an advantage over the others. So, I’d say that I think they are very well made... I haven’t looked over many of the other cards posted here, though. |

Hey, BattleWarg! How you been? Welcome to Cobra Cards. It’ll take a little time to catch up, but not too bad. I’ve only been here for about a month myself. Good people, and much more active than Decipher’s boards have been for quite some time.
Anyway, good to see you. |

Hmm...I dunno. Not very powerful, IMO. Compared to something like The Angle...two threats is a steep cost. Either make it cheaper or bump up the cost to .

Very nice! This is a good site. I’m tempted to suggest lowering the number to , because of the power of this site. |
