Yep, it actually works a lot better. Because before, when I tried to kill off Frodo, I had to refrain from playing Gandalf + G for Grand at the first few sites because Frodo would get too darned strong. |

I had something like that happen. I got tom,B but had bid to few, so I had to add burdens for a turn or 2 before I could play him. It stunk 
glad to hear it works well! |

| I just used it against Ninja Gollum, and it worked really well. Gandalf’s Staff could cancel skirmishes, and with Strength of Spirit and Have Patience and the extra copies of Gandalf I had plenty of healing to prevent Gollum from wounding me to death. |
