I Just Obtained a Sting, Baggins Heirloom (Tengwar Promo) and was wondering if it had a good trade value or if it was just another rare. Any Help on this would be much Appreciated.

They don’t have much trade value as they are pretty common. They aren’t a part of any set really since they were an alternate language tournament participation prize giveaway. They do have a bit of collector value if you can find someone who wants it, but most people who want them already have one or more.

It is supposed to be 5R116. 4R100 is the collector’s information for Shadowfax.
