Makes all lands swamps. Does this mean that you can tap them to add Black, or is it just there for advantages like Swampwalk and stuff like that?

Both things. Being a swamp (like being an island, plains, mountain or forest) means the land can be tapped for the appropriate tpe of mana like a basic land, and that it has all incursions that being a swamp might cause in the game undergoing, although that DOESN`T make it a basic land. So, if you an Underground River and an Urborg are both in play, that means that the non-basic land Underground River will, aside from retaining all its qualities, be counted as a swamp, for stuff like Cabal Coffers, Korlash, etc. Also, it means you can tap it to add 1, to add U by taking 1 damage, to add B by taking one damage, or to add B. Why is this important to mention? Because if you want to abuse something like Darien, King of Kjeldor, and you need a black mana for a spell, you CAN add it TAKING the damage. Oh, and the following question gives quite a headache to answer, but is inevitable, so just believe me (and save me a couple of hours or so...): if both Blood Moon and Urborg are in play, Urborg WILL be turned into a mountain, so it’ll NOT turn other lands into swamps.

Thanks! That rocks! So if I run Urborg, my Forests become swamps and CANNOT tap for green, correct?

No. THe text is clear "Each land is a swamp in addition..." meaning they are ALSO swamps (btw, they’re swamps only after they are in play, so you can’t search your library for a Dryad Arbor using a Farseek if Urborg is out, it’ll only be ALSO a swamp AFTER it hits play.
On the same subject, notice the difference in relation to Blood Moon. It’s not "in addition", so Blood Moon is a TRUE multi-color hoser.
