Even if Frodo is assigned to a strength 10 minion, he would still get the +2 bonus if skirmishing an additional minion of strength 8 or less. ![Wink](images/smiles/icon_wink.gif) |

Yes. As long as at least ONE minion is assigned to Frodo with less than or equal to 8 strength. But if for any reason that minion gains strength above 8, Frodo loses the +2 (hunter, weapon, pumper, ect.).
