You should have them tomorrow, NB. |
Best regards, Dáin, Vice Aftokrator of the Chosen Ones
Check out Lasting Alliances, The Road Ahead, and Ages of Middle-earth, three of my five dream card sets that make up Wars of the Ring. Oh, and I have a trade list now!
Also, if you're into DCs or RPGs (or even if you're not!), check out Realms of Middle-earth, the sequel to CG's "DC Adventure", Realms of the North! |

Well, between work getting busy and TWO concurrent graduate courses coming to a close in two weeks, I’ve been a little busy. |

•Pippin, Fool of a Took
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 7
When you play Pippin, you may play a pipe or pipeweed from your draw deck.
Skirmish: Discard a pipeweed to make Pippin strength +4 and resistance -2.
“‘There was this large barrel, full of pipe-weed. And we smoked all of it. And then you were sick.’”
•Merry, Fool of a Brandybuck
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 7
The twilight cost of each pipe and pipeweed is -1.
Skirmish: Discard a pipeweed to make Merry strength +2 and resistance -2 and gain hunter 3.
“‘Share it? No. No.’”
Anyway, since EL conceded the round, Dain gets a bunch of C/U cards as well. Congrats Dain! |

Great lore. For future reference, a parody card is something more along the lines of this.
•Pippin, Smoker
Companion • Hobbit
Strength: 3
Vitality: 4
Resistance: -1
Response: If an opponent plays Saruman or an card, yell "PIPEWEED!" and exert Pippin to play a Pipeweed from your draw deck and discard a Shadow condition.
Each time the fellowship moves, any Shadow player may discard his hand to make Pippin gain lung-cancer until the end of the turn.
"Saruman has a very large horde...excuse me, HAD, a very large horde, but we got into it yesterday.
That’s something I mean by parody. |
