very interesting. if playing against a deck that doesn’t have orc/moria killer. make it discarded at the beginning of the regroup phase and cut cost or add toil 2-3 |

I think I’ll pass, because my pet peeve is keeping in line with the ability cultures already possess. doesn’t have hunters at all, and it should stay that way. |

Cool.

Each time the fellowship moves during the regroup phase, you may spot another Dwarf to remove a burden.
Fellowship: Exert Oin to remove a threat.
Would never give dwarves burden removal this is just plain wrong, nice idea if you swapped it to threat or heal or something.

Needs clarifying that once you play it you need to state it as freeps or shadow so it stays that way and you cant take advantage of the other text in your opposing phase i.e. a dual shadow/freeps card. Nice idea not sure in reality if its viable. Also moria minions fierce seems excessive all the others seem balanced.
Instead of being printed in each separate culture, this card has all the culture symbols on each card. |

Fantastic idea, but I’d put on a toil 2 so that when you play it you can exert any of the named cultures to reduce its cost! You do need to clarify like lem0n said. Good job.

Considering Proud and Able, I’d make the Dwarf bonus hunter 1 instead. Plus, I’d just say each character is strength +1; after all, Men, Gandalf, and the Eagles were in the battle. The rest looks great! |
I had to put something here. |

Yeah, but they didn’t play as big a role. IDK, I just wanted to make men better, and Gandalf himself doesn’t need much more. Neither do the ents.
•Bifur, Companion of Thorin
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 7
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Damage +1. Hunter 3.
•Bofur, Supply-Guard
Companion • Dwarf
Strength: 7
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Muster.
Each time a shadow card is about to discard your possession or artifact, you may exert Bofur or add a threat to prevent that.
•Bombur, the Fat
Strength: 5
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 6
Defender +1. Damage +1.
Bombur may no be overwhelmed unless his strength is tripled |

Sometimes, you don’t need a completely sweet special ability, you just need a beatstick. The others got sweet abilities, but here, I decided to just provide a bunch of generic use beatstick dwarves. On Bofur, Gimli, Feared Axeman already protects conditions. |
