Okay, I thought it would be an interesting thing to borrow a page out of Rube Goldberg’s book. If you don’t know who he is, he’s a cartoonist famous for his cartoons of incredibly complex machines that do simple tasks, like opening a door. Think Mousetrap.

Anyway, this thread will go as follows. I’ll post a real TCG card, and a DC that fulfills the first requirement of its action. Then, it’s your job to create a combo off of my DC by making new DCs. You should make a combo that’s as long and complicated as possible. The longer the funnier. In the end, the whole combo should do the exact same thing as the original card.

Here’s an example (actions only, no DC titles or anything):
Hate

2 Exert a Sauron Orc to add 2.
0 Spot a wounded Sauron Orc to add 2 threats.
3 Remove 2 threats to heal a Sauron Orc.
1 Exert a Sauron Orc to add 3 burdens.
0 Remove 3 burdens to wound a companion (except the Ring-bearer).
0 If a companion is wounded, add 4.

And thus we have a net result of: a Sauron Orc exerted, and a companion wounded. Which is exactly what Hate does. The only difference: we’ve just created a ridiculous 6-card combo to do the same thing!

Here’s a few rules to keep in mind:
1. It must be playable. You can make up to a maximum of 8 cards, unless some cards are conditions that were already played, or you get to draw a card by virtue of an action.
2. Any card types are allowed, but Events are by far the easiest to make a combo with.
3. All cards must be DC’s!
4. Have fun!

Here’s the real card: Ithilien Blade

And here’s the DC to start the combo!
(In play already)
1 •Rangers of Gondor Gondor
Condition•Support Area
When you play this card, add 2 tokens to it. Free Peoples cards may not add tokens to this card.
Maneuver: Exert a Gondor ranger twice to remove two tokens from this card. Discard this card.

IMO, I think all the cards should actually be good by themselves. Your condition doesnt do anyhting. Unless there’s a card that triggers from removing tokens [(idk, i dont own a single card from the latest block (after RotK block)], it has no function. I will suggest a starting condition

(0) •Rangers of Gondor Gondor
Condition • Support Area
Your Gondor men may not bear hand weapons.
Response: Once per phase, if a roaming minion was just played, add a token here.
Skirmish: Remove a token from this card to make a companion strength+3.

Starting condition(effect/interrupt)...sigh...that makes me remember SWCCG...
Dr Pepper is not more important than life, but thats only because life contains Dr Pepper.
