Can You use a special action such as the following on yourself?
well the card isn’t right in front of me but here is what it says something like this
Regroup Exert ----- and spot a Wraith minion to return that minion to hand.
So can he use it on himself? |

I*m assuming you're referring to Ulaire Attea from the SoG set...
Yes, as long as you can exert him, you can spot him as the Wraith minion you return to your hand. |
