I was wondering, if you have Stewards’ Legacy out, and Boromir exerts as part of, for example, the cost for Ithilien Blade or transferring Stone Tower, are you allowed to exert a minion before you carry out the other action? Especially with Stone Tower, this could be useful, allowing you to kill a 3 vitality minion. |

Boromir exerts before you transfer the condition, so the exertion also happens before you transfer the condition.
Just do things in the order they are listed on the card. If a card says "Exert Boromir to do X," Steward’s Legacy will ALWAYS trigger before X can occur. |
All cards do what they say. |
