You didn’t list a site number - I’ll assume it’s 4.
My suggested changes are:
1: Only allow his twilight reduction to work on  trolls.
2: Make him Fierce.
3: Make him unique.  |

Did you just put this down for the sake of putting it down? you could have just put this in AC’s Requests for DC’s. |

Suggestion to slim down game text: "Exert Ulgoth to play a troll. That minion is twilight cost -1 for every Free Peoples culture you can spot."
Also, take "culture" out of "[orc culture]". That way, you get the cool little picture. |
