| The deck would be easier to build if you used The Balrog, Terror of Flame and Shadow, which is the only Balrog that wouldn’t be discarded if not underground. |

| Right, I saw those. I meant a deck that focused on the Balrog as a minion to himself, like a Sauron deck. One that would actually make use of those weapons. |

That’s easy to fix, as long as you have plenty of underground sites, plus good site control. Also, just splash three or four Uruk-Hai Scout in there, and you’ve got an automatic underground site when you want.
The Balrog, Terror of Khazad-Dum is awesome, especially against strategic wounding decks. |

Unfortunately, decks that focus on one big minion will get creamed every time by an Ithilien Blade deck.  |
