I would say:
remove the 5 conditions which are quite useless and 2 little orcs to enter a third lemenya, 3 reflections sauron and 2X sauron’s specter.
play a fast fellowship and kill on double moves |

second solution: enter gollum + 4x captured by the ring and 2x not this time ^^
hunters mumak commander could be nice to add to get some fast exerts on site where you can’t play orcs because they’re too expensive, along with hunters ugluk |

| add another overlord, its a very key card in that deck and you need another one, it has massive potential when paired with the chieftain, if the chieftain adds 7 threats, you can exert 7 companions, its a beastly combo. |
