I am trying to decide if this is overpowered or underpowered. Hmm I guess since dwarves have so much damage bonuses it isn’t that good. a balanced card

I’m going to say this right now: rarity should not affect how good a card really is. There are crappy rares, and great commons. Besides, if this was a rare, it would mess up the Gimli starter deck I made.

Maybe. Gondor doesn’t have many ways to exert the minions to get them exhausted, though.
