Yes, prices for individual cards are always adjusted with each restock (or more often in some cases).
The overall price level will remain the same, though. If you need just a couple different card titles (especially in multiples), that’s what they’re here for... But due to the unusual nature of this release, customers who are interested in the whole Wraith Collection will generally be better off buying it from Decipher and waiting a few extra days for shipping.
