Fellowship Block: Shire
Towers Block: Rohan
King Block (with Reflections): Gondor
War of the Ring Block: Dwarven
Hunters Block: NONE... Don’t own enough cards to know

Overall, probably Shire followed closely by Gandalf since he has so many fun tricks and is the generic tool box companion/culture.

I always enjoyed the FotR-block Shire culture. It’s just so different from everything else.

Don’t care for Elves in any format. They’re just too bland... and have too much.
