What his game text means? 
Could anyone give me a example, please?

Well, first part essentially means you must have a Condition in play, as they’re the most common cards on your support area.
Second part: suppose a Dwarven payer has 4 Lord of Moria in pay, or even better, a VERY wounded Dwarf with some Endurance of Dwarves spread out. When you pay this minion, you may spot the Lord of Moria, discarding the other 3 and leaving only 1 in play (with a fair shot at corrupting their Gimli r-b in the process), or you could spot the copy of Endurance of Dwarves that you don’t care to leave in play, discarding all the others (and maybe killing a few Dwarves along the ride). Is it clear now? |

Basicaly this minion discards other copies of a condition, right?
Hum...you know, now that I figured what this minion’s text means I starts to think that was a very, VERY, VERY stupid question...
