Actually, I’m working on a slightly different version, curving all the way to the fifth slot, using the War Plow. Believe me, it gets evil when curved nicely! And with Stonebrow, every time you drop the Plow it’ll do you MUCH good, as it’ll actually read: all creatures without trample get trample and +2/+2 FOREVER, for FOUR MANA! I don’t even care for the Juggernaut ability, although it DOES dodge Wrath-like effects, which cripple Gruul beats a little. I’ll try to get around to posting the decklist still this week. |

Fine. I’m still tweaking some numbers around, but the decklist should be ready shortly. However, it’s still only a decklist, not that much testing done yet. I still think it’s a neat way to break the War Plows, though! |

So far, it looks like this.
4 Kird Ape
4 Llanowar Elves
4 Scab-Clan Mauler
4 Char
4 Browbeat
4 Burning-Tree Shaman
4 Giant Solifuge
4 Moldervine Cloak
3 Stonebrow, Krosan Hero
3 Gruul War Plow
4 Stomping Ground
4 Karplusan Forest
8 Forest
6 Mountain
SB:
3 Avoid Fate
2 Tin Street Hooligan
4 Carven Caryatid
4 Leyline of Lifeforce
2 Tormod’s Crypt
I’m thinkin on lowering the count of both War Plow and Stonebrow by 1, opening a 2-card gap I might use to add Scorched Rusalka, or maybe Lightning Axe. Playtest it if you may, and PM me any feedback you think worthy!
PS: If I DO lower those counts by 1 each, I might as well lower Moldervine Cloak’s count by 1, too. As for the SB, I’m considering having Indrik Stomphowler around, or Naturalizes... |

You definately need to play another one-drop. Kird Ape is great, but you’ll only have him like half the time. Play rift bolt (for suspend) or seal of fire for the extra drop. |

I’m playing Llanowar... I’d rather play Seal over Bolt, but over what? |

4 Kird Ape
4 Llanowar Elves (I would take these out- not good in an agressive deck usually unless it’s aggressive with equips, of which there aren’t any good ones left)
4 Scab-Clan Mauler
4 Char
4 Browbeat
4 Burning-Tree Shaman
4 Giant Solifuge
4 Moldervine Cloak
3 Stonebrow, Krosan Hero
3 Gruul War Plow
4 Stomping Ground
4 Karplusan Forest
8 Forest
6 Mountain
SB:
3 Avoid Fate
2 Tin Street Hooligan
4 Carven Caryatid
4 Leyline of Lifeforce
2 Tormod’s Crypt
I’m still not fully sold on the stonebrow + warplow, to be quite honest, and I think call of the herd, rift bolt, and seal should come over elves, stonebrow, and war plow. |

I’m playing it like this now, but I tend to vary over using 4 Browbeat for 2 Rift Bolt or 3 of each. I don’t want to add in Call of the Herd, ’cause it’ll make this the New Gruul Beats, escept for Magus of the Scroll! But I think it looks fine like this... |

I wouldn’t play two copies of each stone and plow. Either play 4 of each or none of each... They’re a little dependant to have two of each. |
