Just type in any culture name, and insert it between these things: []. For example, [ Gandalf] (without the space). |

while you can spot two other uruk-hai (or shagrat), exert Uruk Attacker twice to exhaust a companion. (and make that companion strength -3 if you can spot a  orc). |

If this is free for anyone to post, then here’s one.
(3) Saruman’s Ruffian

If Saruman’s Ruffian is skirmishing a hobbit, you may exert him to make him strength +3 until the start of the regroup phase.
They were disturbed to see half a dozen large ill-favored men lounging against the inn-wall; they were squint-eyed and sallow-faced...
This is an idea for one of the ruffians that ransacked the shire. His site number really should be 9 (or 10 lol), but i just made him have the site # of an uruk-hai. I think it would be cool if some other people sent in some ideas for ruffians.
Anyway, i’ll probably have some more ruffian-stuff tonight. |
