--- description ---
The basic Ninja Gollum deck, but with a cool strategy allowing Gollum to take out the Ring-bearer is the first couple of sites.
--- end description ---
Shadow (33)
Gollum, Dark as Darkness x2
Gollum, Old Villain x2
Shelob, Her Ladyship x3
The Witch-king, Black Lord x3
Captured by the Ring x4
Little Snuffler x4
Web
Promise Keeping x2
They Stole It x2
Fat One Wants It
Hidden Even From Her
Incited x2
Treacherous Little Toad x2
You’re a Liar and a Thief x4
I’ll be pairing this with a deck that burns Smeagol with Saved From the Fire.
Against a Ring-bearer who has The Binding Ring, The Ruling Ring, or Such a Weight to Carry, I can use Gollum, Dark as Darkness and several Little Snuffler (conveniently grabbed by Saved from the Fire) to kill the Ring-bearer at site 2 or 3.
Against a deck in which the aforementioned strategy won’t be useful, I’ll grab Promise Keeping, Ttey Stole It, and Incited with SFtF.
Any suggestions?

I feel really dumb now. I had a NG deck that was standard and I kept trying to figure out how I could make it work. I never thought of burning smeagol to get my gollum cards. |

Yeah, it’s a sweet strategy.
Any reviews? |

If you really want to do quick RB kill. Try the Gollum Nasty Treacherous Creature and A Dark Shape Sprang combo. |

Good deck. I think is hard to beat this smeagol/gollum WITH saved from the fire deck. Sometimes we really lose on site 2 or 3.
With promise keeping, little snuffler and they stole it against a hobbit deck is a pure massacre.
Very good AC. |

Do you mean Gollum, Old Villain?
Thanks for the review, taipan! |

Yeah, that one hurts! Strength +14 = a Strength 19 Gollum (Versus the RB)! Don’t think he’ll be losing skirmishes any time soon... |

I’m thinking about including A Dark Shape Sprang x2, just for a nice surprise attack. I’d also include an extra Old Villain. |

I had a few odd games recently with my NG deck, with my DaD (but now I have to hand him over to you...)
Against an exhausted ring-bearer, I played gollum and shelob, and stopped the r-b from being assigned. Regroup, exert gollum twice, buh-bye. |

I like it anxious. But why use Mad Thing since you don’t really have much that will hurt against burdens. Gollum, Hopeless might be better, yes? |
