SoP: It doesn’t need "until the regroup phase" because it’s a skirmish action, so automatically ends at the end of the skirmish. And I wouldn’t want to overpower it by making it last longer.

"Can’t" should be "cannot". Plus, you should throw in a spotting requirement.
