Looks okay to me. Might want to put a cap on that strength booster, though, like +3.

I’m a little leary about the easy threat adding, especially since he’s non-unique. Perhaps require spotting a couple other Uruks or something?

Check your spelling again. Very Happy I’d require exerting or transferring Saruman back to the support area or something when controlling the site, but it’s a neat idea. Thumbs Up

These were Men of other race, out of the wide Eastlands, gathering to the summons of their Overlord; armies that had encamped before his Gate by night and now marched in to swell his mounting power.

A Men Sauron?! He works, though. You can probably drop the "you play" part of the text, and I’d lower his strength to 22.

I would recommend limiting the first part to Men minions, and perhaps unique ones, at that.

I think I’d make the regroup part require spotting a Men minion for drawing the cards. But neat otherwise.
