Dunland/Sauron mix for site control and swarming.

Gorgoroth Sapper x2
Siege Troop x2
Orc Inquisitor x4
Gorgoroth Keeper x4
Dunlending Elder x3
Dunlending Headman x4
Dunlending Rampager x3
Dunlending Renegade x3
Tower of Barad-Dur x4
Ready to Fall x2
Encirclement x2
Troop Tower x2
Basic idea: swarm. Use Inquisitor and tower to rid them of their cards, then bomb with cheap  minions and headman to control. Stack keepers, play with sapper. Siege troops are for vitality (for tower of B-D) or early control. Play elders once you have many sites controled (seige troop, headman, or troop tower) and use ready to fall to pull even more cheap dunland minions (after they’ve dropped a good many cards with the towers). Encirclement also makes things cheaper.
