Actually, I was thinking that it would be like Forth the Three Hunters, coming in multiple cultures. That way, an elf version would help elf telepathy with a gondor splash, and a gondor version would help with spotting gondor conditions with an elf splash.

Well...its kinda unfair against dunlendings or low vitality minions, but it sure would be good against enduring (since the shadow usually controls the wounds and exertions.) I’ll edit it.

Ok, I know this is out of order, but Gondor’s coming. And I’m saving minions for last. Its a mess, I know. Here are all the Rohan cards

2•Eomer, Banished Rohan
Companion•Man
Strength: 7
Vitality: 3
Resistance: 6
Valiant. When you play Eomer, discard a minion.
Manuever: Discard Eomer to discard a minion.
Regroup: Add two threats to play Eomer from your hand or discard pile. He enters play exhausted.

Very interesting...only problem-the Regroup ability doesn’t work. You can’t use abilities on cards that aren’t in play...

Hmm...very powerful. Compare it to Riddermark Javelin and Rohirrim Bow. On the other hand, it is unique and limited to Theoden or Eomer...so I guess it’s okay.

I wouldn’t call that an ability. That’s gametext that references its being in the discard pile. Notice: it says "If you have initiative during the Shadow phase..." as opposed to "Shadow: If you have initiative..."

So this would work: "If Eomer is in your discard pile at the start of the regroup phase, add two threats..."
