Okay, this is for Cobra’s challenge, so it has a card from each set...

37 Cards
Artifacts
Library of Orthanc

Conditions
Uruk-Hai Rampage 2x
Suffered Much Loss 3x

Events
Brutality 3x

Minions
Barrow-Wight Stalker
Berserk Butcher 2x
Desert Sneak
Gorgoroth Assassin 2x
Grima, Chief Counselor 3x
Grishnakh, Treacherous Captain (From ROS) 2x
Saruman, Agent of the Dark Lord 2x
Saruman, Keeper of Isengard 2x
Uruk Blitz 3x
Uruk Captain 2x
Uruk Regular 4x
Uruk Village Stormer 2x
Uruk-Hai Healer 2x

You’ve got a few different things in here...first of all, Suffered Much Loss + Brutality means that your

minions will be absolute tanks, especially if you have initiative. Drop in Saruman, Agent of the Dark Lord...

There’s also old-school minions, like Uruk Regular to boost minion output... Desert Sneak could also get in a wound, and Barrow-Wight stalker can be pretty sweet.

Oh, and Uruk Blitz is just plain brutal in Region 2.

not bad, but I don’t think you have enough siege stuff to justify using siege engine, and especially not three copies.

Why Grishnakh from RoS? He does nothing. (no other orcs, no hunter uruks).Wouldn’t be better to include Spear or one from two Uruks instead of him?
Why Desert Sneak? You don’t have any card giving you initiative. He’s small and weak. IMHO better choice would be •Gollum, Plotting Deceiver if you want to relay on opponent to give you initiative. He can absorb some archery and be additinal minion everytime you happen to take initiative.
Gorgoroth Assassin?? I don’t understand.

Just an additional one, since there’s no Uruk-Hai of any culture in Siege of Gondor. He makes for a nice combo with the site control.
