I’ll start things off with the Elven culture. They are a small faction in this set (mostly because I don’t particularly enjoy making them! Laughing), focusing on followers.

Elven Elven (4)

2 •Elrond, Peredhil Elven
Follower
Strength +1
Vitality +1
Resistance +1
Aid - 4.
To play, spot Gandalf or an Elf.
When you transfer Elrond to a companion at a sanctuary, you may exert bearer to take a card of that companion’s culture into hand from your discard pile.

1 Elven Councilor Elven
Follower
Resistance +1
Aid - 2.
To play, spot an Elf.
While you can spot a threat, each minion skirmishing bearer is strength -1 (or -2 if you are at a sanctuary).
While bearer is at a sanctuary, bearer cannot take more than 1 wound during each skirmish phase.

1 Favour of the Lady Elven
Event • Regroup
If the fellowship is at a sanctuary, you may remove from the game 2 other Elven cards in your discard pile to play this event from your discard pile. Then remove this event from the game.
Spot a companion bearing an Elven follower to remove a burden or a threat.

0 Seek Refuge Elven
Event • Response
If the fellowship moves to a sanctuary, play up to 2 Elven followers from your draw deck.

Nice. Good aid cost. What’s Elrond without 4?

One point. You would need some cards to heal if your going to have a vitality bonus on followers. Otherwise, there’s no point to vitality bonuses.(I still don’t get Frodo Gamgee, maybe for Stout and Sturdy?)

Hm.... I can’t picture using this follower. It really only helps at a sanctuary. Of course, with Cobra’s cards suggesting non site 3 or 6 sanctuaries, it might work Smile

One thing I didn’t notice. You don’t have any archer followers (bearer is an archer) I think this is the future of Elven followers.

Oh, and are you using any new keywords in the set? Like Captain, Steeled, etc.?

About Elrond’s vitality bonus: it can be useful even if you don’t heal, since it can allow you to exert a companion one extra time and then kill that companion off (see Legolas, Greenleaf for an example). Also, since it doesn’t transfer till the end of the turn, it can be useful for a run from site 7 to 9, in which case it wouldn’t matter if the companion dies at the end.

Elven Councilor will be changed slightly.

Again, only helps at a sanctuary. May I recommend...
