I think that there should be more gondor archers. The knights from the return of the king in Minas Tirath shouldn't all be strength 6's. There's the Garrison of Gondor but he's still not that big, only 8 strength and 3 vitality. These are a few companions I thought of.
Company of Knights
KNIGHT
ARCHER
twilight cost:5
strength :10
vitality :5
resistance :5
game text: To play spot a Knight. Company of Knights is strength +1 for each fortification you can spot.(limit +3)
Gondorian Troop
KNIGHT
ARCHER
twilight cost :6
strength :12
vitality :6
resistance :6
game text: To play spot a Knight. Archery, exert Gondorian Troop to make the fellowship archery total +1 for each fortification you can spot (limit +5).
Company of Minas Tirath
KNIGHT
ARCHER
twilight cost :5
strength :9
vitality :5
resistance :5
game text: To play spot a Knight. Skirmish, exert Company of Minas Tirath to make a gondor companion strength +1 for each fortification you can spot (limit +4).
Knights of Minas Tirath
KNIGHT
twilight cost :4
strength :8
vitality :4
resistance :5
game text: Fellowship, Exert Knights of Minas Tirath to play a fortification from your draw deck(limit once per turn).
Heres a new denethor that would go well with them.
Denethor, Keeper of the White Tree
twilight cost :2
strenght :7
vitality :3
resistence :4
game text: Each Knights twilight cost is -1. Exert 2 gondor companions to play a Knight from your draw deck.(limit 1 per turn) |

You might want to add a little diversity as far as the twilight cost, strength, and resistence goes.

These would be way overpowered IMO -- just too efficient (especially with Denethor's text!), and too much built-in archery fire.
Of course, that doesn't mean I don't love them.

while you can spot three orcs, exert archers of the first level twice to discard a condition.

Well i just wish they would make one of them at least they’re such a big part of the movie so why cant they make bigger cards for them? |
