If I was to use Frenzied Attack with Promise Keeping am I allowed to wound then exert then apply the second wound? If so I need to make it happen! |

Absolutely.

Promise Keeping works like a response action. Each time means every time this happens. So, you can wound, exert, wound, exert, win the skirmish, wounding the guy, exert. |

Actually, because of the wording, Promise Keeping is a required action so it kicks in any time a companion takes a wound while skirmishing a minion. This applies to any threat wounds taken if a companion dies during the skirmish as well. |
