I was just wondering can you have Frodo in your starting fellowship, have Sam, Faithful Companion, and Bilbo ring-bearer. then have frodo die and make Sam the RB(as in take the ring from Bilbo and make sam the RB)? this was just a weird thing I thought of, it probably has no advantages. also any opinions on this would be nice.

Sam can only take the Ring if Frodo was the Ring-bearer.

All cards do what they say.

I’m assuming you mean Frodo, Frenzied Fighter, since that’s the only Frodo that can be played as a non-Ring-bearer.

The answer to this question is no. Here’s what the CRD says:

SAM
Any version of Sam that can become the ringbearer if Frodo dies can only become the ringbearer if Frodo was the ring bearer when he was killed.

he only has 29, flight=20, awareness=5 and he has 4
20+5+4 equals 29.

but thats still a lot, my guess either he has friends on the board, or someone realized they hadn’t awarded GP in a while when they were looking at one of his posts.

Well, he had 43 (actually it changed to 44 right after I posted it). I dunno where it went. Smile

ok, i’m fairly sure NBarden and ninja gimli run sort of a gp racket. it’s sort of funny watching their gp counts skyrocket. Laughing

No...he just has two friends on the forum. If he awards me gp, I don’t know about it, I got a lot of gp from my articles. I gave him some gp, but I just gave him enough to get his avatar and sig when he first joined...same with Ransom.
