Made some of the changes suggested. Thanks again, everyone!
Today marks the final card that deals with working with the . It also begins the second half of the culture - Wizards! Though the set only features two Wizards, there are several cards that deal with Wizards in general, as well as companions having high resistance and even a few spells.
•Curunír, Head of the Council
Companion • Wizard
Strength: 8
Vitality: 4
Resistance: 4
Muster. Hunter 1.
Curunír is resistance +1 for each card you can spot.
At the end of any phase, if Curunír has a resistance of 0, place him in your dead pile.
"’So the Ring of Power has been found.’"

•Curunír’s Counsel
Condition • Support Area
To play, spot a Wizard.
While you can spot Gandalf, Curunír is resistance +2.
While you can spot Curunír, Gandalf is strength +2.
Each time the fellowship moves, add a burden or discard this condition.
"’You know this? How?’"

Eager and Curious
Condition • Support Area
To play, exert Gandalf and spot 2 companions.
While you can spot Gandalf and he is not exhausted, Shadow cards cannot exert your companions with resistance 8 or more. |

With his hunter 2, I think 7 strength is better. Also, perhaps lower his initial resistance a smidge, like to 4. Neat card, though.

Good, and balanced since it adds up burdens like crazy.

Very interesting. Maybe, MAYBE consider limited it to unbound companions. |

Wowsa! I like the return of the Isildur-type card, the one that got killed with Resistance 0. Maybe muster + hunter 2 is too powerful. It just strikes me as really amazingly powerful. Although...he’s nothing compared to Thorongil. Put a limit on the resistance boost, probably.

raise the cost to , but i think the strength is fine, maybbe make it unique. a radagast/gandalf combo could do some crazy choking with two of these.
