These are the ones I remember in Standard that do anything like you requested, or close enough:
Green:
Natural Affinity
Jolrael, Empress of the Beasts
Early Harvest
Earth Surge (not what you asked for, but could fit in well with the idea you’re probably having)
Life and Limb
Red:
Siege of Towers (not quick enough, but gets the job done in the right deck)
Blue:
Balduvian Frostwalker (goes around it one-by-one, but still goes around it)
Rewind (could do well within the right deck... But not what you asked for) |

| Hum... Cool idea. Might add in Gruul War Plow and Earth Surge. In fact, OUCH! Who cares about lands? Sack them all! A 7/6 TRAMPLING flier swinging over and over again HURTS! Great one, bf9! Gp for you! |
