Now for some cards to help the Orcs from RotEL and EoF:
We Have Work to Do
Event • Shadow
Exert Saruman and spot X Orcs to exert X companions (limit 3).
Fires of Industry
Event • Skirmish
Make an Orc strength +2 for each wound on a character it is skirmishing.
Liquid Fire
Condition
To play, exert an Orc. Plays on a companion (and exerts that companion if he or she is an Ent).
Bearer cannot heal.
Isengard Engineer
Minion • Orc
Strength: 5
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 4
While you can spot 3 Orcs, each wounded companion cannot use special abilities.

Minion • Orc
Strength: 10
Vitality: 4
Site Number: 4
While the Ring-bearer is exhausted or you can spot 6 companions, Orcs cannot be overwhelmed.

That title was never used? Huh, how about that. Oh, good card. But like SoP, I’d recommend a limit.

Uruk Assailer

(okay, basically a ripoff of Mordor Pillager, but Isengard could really use this guy)
Uruk Breaker
Minion • Uruk-hai
Strength: 9
Vitality: 2
Site Number: 5
Damage +1.
Regroup: Stack this minion on a site you control.
Skirmish: If stacked on a site you control, discard this minion to make an Uruk-hai damage +1 or fierce until the regroup phase.
