Someday, I am actually going to finish posting a complete set of DCs. Until then, I’m just going to post them in random groupings.

It’s likely enough that some of you might recognize a few of these I’ve posted before on D’s boards, or DainIronfoot’s old community forum. I keep all (most) of the DCs I make, but don’t remember which ones I’ve posted other places already.

Right, here we go. GP for grabs, naturally.

3 *Gimli, Emmissary to Imladris Dwarven
Companion - Dwarf
Str 6
Vit 3
Res 6
While the fellowship is in Region 1, each other companion gainshunter 1.
While the fellowship is in Region 2, each companion is damage +1.
While the fellowship is in Region 3, Gimli is damage +2.

^Obviously based off Leader of the Company. Not sure he isn’t a bit overpowered, but that’s why he’s cost 3.

1 Sword of Erebor Dwarven
Possession - Hand Weapon
Str +2
To play, spot a dwarf or exert a Gandalf man.
Bearer must be a dwarf or Gandalf man.
Each time bearer wins a skirmish, you may exert him or her to reinforce a Free Peoples culture token.
The dwarves of Erebor forged mighty swords.

^I liked the ties between Dwarves and Gandy men from EME, so I came up with this.

1 Dwarven Greaves Dwarven
Possession - Greaves
Bearer must be a dwarf.
When you play this possession, you may reinforce a Dwarven token.
Response: If bearer is about to take a wound, discard this possession to prevent that wound.
^Saw a neat looking pair of greaves which inspired this. A slight rip-off of Dwarven Bracers.

Nah. Obviously, a combo with LotC would break him, but then, you can’t start both. I would stick with 2. Maybe make it deal with hunter instead of strength bonuses to tone it down

Dwarven Swords? Interesting....but nice. Good for token decks with Gandalf Men. Heavy Axe is better for dwarves. But hey, Gandalf men getting a possession isn’t bad.

Yeah. Now who’s gonna Dwarven Bracers? Nobody. If a card overshadows another card, don’t make it, or change it so it doesn’t overpower it.

Changed Gimli.
As for the Greaves vs bracers, I figured that since it didn’t add a strength bonus, it was a bit of a toss-up between the two. Haven’t changed anything in particular on it yet. Might add cost, or something.
Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true.

Neato. I would just change the word ’is’ to ’gains’ right before "hunter 1". It makes it sound better.

actually he is cost 2. make him cost 3 though.

what time of armor was bracers? it should probably be the same. otherwise fine.

Thanks, all. GP when I can.

SoP: The bracers were either bracers (Arm bands) or gauntlets, don’t remember which. Greaves are different, being worn on the legs. I could change to "Dwarven Gauntlets," though...

I would raise her resistance to 6 and lower her strength to 6. Smile
