Interesting, again. Seems very much like Rider’s Bow, except that the exerting ability comes sooner, at higher cost. Not sure that its really that much better.
Exhausting minions might be a little easier, using this to reduce those vit3 minions, but then its still the shadow player’s choice.
It would also allow you to have 5 rider’s bow ... sort of.
Strength +1 is nice, but does Eomer really need that?
I give it a 3. Its decent, but neither wonderful nor new. |
Never kid about politicians. The more bizarre the joke, the more likely it is to come true. |

I was hoping it would say something like "If bearer is Eomer, he is an archer."
The ability is mediocre. I give it a 3. |
I had to put something here. |

Yeah, if it was more direct exerting somehow, that would be better. As written now, it’s kinda weak. It’s not useless by any means, but it’s not nearly as interesting as it could be, especially with anyone but Eomer. I give it a 3 as well. |

It’s kinda funny isn’t it? People are always complaining about new cards being overpowered and broken, and then something like this comes out and everyone says it’s weak and not very good... |

There’s lots of room in between those extremes, my good raptor. |

Nice card. It’s definitely not overpowered, and the exerting ability is cool with Riddermark Javelins. |

Nice card...
And the picture is just AMAZING. How did they manage that? It’s really cool, with Mount Doom right inside the triangle formed by Eomer’s bow...awesome! |
