interesting text,
good with wounding orcs, or minion archery..
even better though with fellowship archery.
you can use it together with "crags of emyn muil", "steward’s tomb"
and it’s hell for the opponent... |

This seems a bit much with all the orc archery in T&D and all the wounding stuff in RoS. Funny for wraiths though. 4.

Yeah, I think this can hurt the properly-planned FP player a lot less than Shadow players, especially with multiple Shadow players.
Neat site, though; Decipher seems to be all about spreading the wounds around to everyone lately. 4. |

Wow thats nasty, if you get toldea winning his skirmishes and playing this out then next site use nelya to get it back.... Ooof.. painful...
Giving it a 4 as its a cool card with really interesting text but has the ability to be abused similarly to Courtyard Parapet. |
