I’ve never been a fan of an Elrond ARB, but this one is alright by even me.  I like his simple healing ability, useful when he’s the RB, but not a skill that makes him the best Elrond ever when NOT bearing the Ring, either. Good balance, good card.

Eh...not too keen on a healing sword, at least not in that way. I’d rather it do something else, like draw that card. But it works.

This guy is crazy! I would change the second ability to ’While you cannot spot a wounded Elf, Cirdan is strength +1’, otherwise I think it’s too powerful (you could even raise the bonus to +2, in that case).
